birthdays gallore

To celebrate 'ol Lincoln's and Washington's birthdays we drove to Ikei Island to enjoy some fun in the warm sun with friends.

































The waves were about 8 feet high. They were awesome to watch.







There were great sea creatures at this beach...
























Morgan found an unexploded hand grenade on the beach, we all had to take turns taking pictures of it.




We then celebrated my birthday- Steve did a great job making it so fun for everyone, especially the kids!




Our family's birthday tradition is to wear some kind of birthday hat on your head to be able to open your presents -this gets to be even more fun as the kids get older and embarrassed easily. So this year Steve found me this great head gear -thanks Steve- and everyone got ready for my "princess party".
